Bullying Awareness Level Among Teachers In Romanian Pre-University Education

Bullying is a complex phenomenon that the school constantly faces, whether it known and identified or not. It about what we call teasing repeated harassment applied to others verbally, emotionally physically. Because bullying represents an asymmetric relationship between aggressor victim because those involved are children teenagers, necessary adults in their lives, i.e. teachers parents, well informed this phenomenon, order stop find then best ways of change training. This paper aims identify level knowledge awareness regarding among pre-university teachers. The exploratory research presented article based on application online questionnaire, composed 10 questions, number 55 from education. questions asked required both open closed answers. Thus, presents synthetically answers given by surveyed teachers, following aspects: do know bullying, respectively how they represent concept if not exactly means; which signs confirm presence phenomenon; type behavior qualifies as bullying; define where he considers most forms take place; when such acts aggression place often; observed I teach; experienced any situations
